A: Yes all of our cleaners are fully vetted, background checked, and insured for your complete peace of mind.

Q: Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

A: Not at all. Many of our clients provide access via a key, lockbox, or keypad code. You can trust our vetted cleaners to take care of your home while you go about your day.

Q: How long will the cleaning take?

A: A standard clean for a 3 bedroom home typically takes 2.5 to 3.5 hours. Move-out and deep cleans take longer depending on the condition of the home.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Q: Do you offer recurring cleaning discounts?

A: Yes! We offer 10% off monthly cleanings, 15% off bi-weekly cleanings, and 20% off weekly cleanings.
